Your mission

• Leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions
• Coordination of internal and external consultants and harmonisation of CapEx tables and benchmarks
• Delivering a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring
• Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
• Support with end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
• Independently building and maintaining a relevant network in the property industry  

Your experiences

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or comparable technical training
• 2+years practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate
• Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
• High level of self-motivation, good communication skills and assertiveness
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international project teams 
• Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
• German language would be an advantage but not mandatory
